NED
National Education Data — a public registry and dashboard of verified schools across Sierra Leone.
School management for Sierra Leone: admissions, attendance, grading, fees, staff, and parent communication — feeding a national education data layer.
LEPA is digital infrastructure for modern education. Schools run daily operations on one platform; that operational data powers district and national insight. The public marketing site describes student information, admissions, attendance, gradebooks, finance, staff, reporting, and a companion teachers app.
Schools, districts, and ministries often run on disconnected tools, so operational work at the school does not become usable national data.
One ecosystem: school-level operations (LEPA) write into a shared national data layer that NED and other intelligence views can read. Data is entered once and reused for dashboards, mapping, and reporting.

What Project 2 became — end to end — and what I would change next.
Project setup, state, nodes, edges, and how a support request actually moves from START to END.
How I finally made sense of orchestration, state, memory, and multi-agent workflows — and why I decided to build a LEPA support agent next.
